Internship
This program is designed for young women ages 14 and up who are registered Girl Scouts to shadow nursing professionals and students, visit various departments to learn more about nursing career and other medical related career opportunities. There is also an opportunity to take a CPR/First Aid certification course, and assist with appropriate related tasks to learn general skills. Participants will also be expected to keep a journal of their experiences as part of the program. A preference will be given to those that participated in the Medicine Woman class at the Girl Scouts Scholars Program.
