Merrill Lynch's Investing Pays Off® teaches Daisy Girl Scouts the basics of financial literacy. With the help of Elmo, girls as young as four are gaining a foothold on their financial and professional futures by learning vital life skills like saving, personal goal-setting and planning for independence. Through IPO®, girls develop career goals and money management skills.
