Staten Island Membership A girl may join the Girl Scouts at any time of the year and become a member of a troop grouped by age level and/or borough location. Please note, all members will pay a $10 annual membership fee. The fee is non-transferable or refundable. If you need financial assistance, please advise the membership specialist of your need. If you are the Parent or Guardian of a girl you would like Please include the Parent/Guadian name, address, telephone number, the age and grade of girl, and any additional comments or questions.
