Nancy Glaser

Nancy Glaser is Senior Vice President, Global Communications for Avon Products, Inc. In this position she is responsible for internal and external communications worldwide, ensuring that Avon speaks in one voice to its key constituencies.

Prior to this assignment, Nancy served successively as Group Vice President, Global Internal Communications; Vice President, Communications, North America; as well as Vice President, Global Advertising and Public Relations. Nancy joined Avon in 1986 as Director of Special Events and was named Director of Advertising and Public Relations in 1989. In 1991, her responsibilities broadened to include Consumer Affairs, and in 1992, she was promoted to Vice President.

Prior to joining Avon, Nancy was Senior Vice President and member of the executive committee at Carl Byoir & Associates, a top international public relations agency. She has also held positions as Public Affairs Officer of the American Museum of Natural History, and Director of Employee Communications at Metropolitan Hospital Center.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Nancy received the Silver Anvil award in Marketing Communications from the Public Relations Society of America. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Avon Foundation, the Direct Selling Education Foundation, the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York, and sits on the Catalyst Board of Advisors. She has also been a guest lecturer for New York Women in Communications and local chapters of the Public Relations Society of America.

Nancy is the mother of a 16-year-old daughter. She lives with her family in New York.
