Marie Raperto
Co-Chair

Marie Raperto is the President and Owner of Cantor Executive Search Solutions, Inc., specializing in recruitment of public relations, corporate communications, and investor relations professionals. Previously, Marie was a Vice President at Jim Cotton Communications, Inc., an advertising/public relations/design firm. Earlier, Marie worked with Westvaco Corporation in various communications capacities including Manager of Corporate Relations.

Marie is currently a Board Member for the New York Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. She is a member of PRSA, NIRI, SHRM, and The Healthcare and Marketing PR Society. Marie earned both her B.A. in Political Science and her M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.

Marie joined the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York's Board of Directors in 2000, and has served on the Nominating/Board Development Committee and the Marketing Committee. She was on the Women of Distinction Breakfast committee for six years and Co-chaired the Breakfast in 2000 and 2007. She also chaired the Annual Tribute Dinner in May 2006.

Currently, Marie is Treasurer, Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee, Co-chair of the Camp Advisory Team (CAT) and a member of the Board Development Committee.
