Welcome Leaders!

As a troop leader, you serve as a mentor to a group of girls in a non-formal, educational program that builds girls' knowledge, helps them explore careers, teaches them leadership skills and allows them to have fun. Opportunities for training, learning and skills development, documented volunteer experience, as appropriate. Once you receive training, the Council will work with you to ensure you have the needed tools and resources for your troop.

Here you will find the resources you need to help girls grow strong.
