Bus Company Information Bus companies carrying Girl Scouts of Greater New York on a trip are required to have a Certificate of Insurance on file at the Council before the trip. The Bus Certificate of Insurance Listing outlines those bus companies that have Certificates of Insurance on file, with the expiration dates as noted. This list does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of these bus companies. If you wish to use a bus company not on this list, the Council must have a Certificate of Insurance from the bus carrier. Please request that the company send their Certificate of Insurance to the Council at: Attention: Elizabeth Lopez Please call 212-645-4000 Ext. 238 to make sure it has arrived before your trip.
